The two things a partner here can do
A partner at Tae & Partners is a practitioner who can bring the work in (clients come to you through your own network and reputation) and run it (you carry those matters end to end with minimal supervision).
If you can already do both, we do not make you spend years proving it. You come in as a partner, not on a track toward one. You can see the current team on the team page.
What you get
- Partner title and partner pay from day one. Not a track. The door.
- A revenue share, not a salary with a bonus. Real economics, not deferred-comp promises.
- Autonomy over your book. Run your matters your way; we provide the infrastructure.
- A low-volume operating standard set by the firm, not something you have to fight for.
- National infrastructure. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast, and the systems to operate from any of them.
What we ask
- That you can bring in your own work, now or by a demonstrated history of doing so.
- That you can run that work without supervision.
- That you keep your caseload short enough to do the work well.
- That you say no to matters that do not belong with us.
What we do not ask
- Years of "earning your way up." If you can already bring in the work and run it, you are already at the top of the ladder we would put you on.
- Billable-hour quotas. There are none.
- Compromise on case quality. The model breaks if you do.
The work we run
Personal injury (plaintiff only) and Total and Permanent Disability claims. We do not take partners outside these areas. If your book sits somewhere else, we are probably not your firm, and we would rather say so early.

Confidential conversations welcome. Write to hi@taepartners.au with a short note about what you do and what you are looking for, and a partner will be in touch.
