What I do
I am an Associate at Tae & Partners, acting for people injured in motor vehicle accidents, at work, and in public places across Queensland. I also act for people with long term disabilities nationally, in TPD, income protection and superannuation claims. I hold a Queensland practising certificate and am based on the Gold Coast.
I act for clients in both Mandarin and English.
How I got here
I first completed a Diploma in Criminal Justice Policing in 2018, then a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Justice Studies by 2021 and spent nearly two years in the Canadian public sector.
I came to Australia in 2023 and began my Juris Doctor intending to practise in corporate law. It did not take long for me to work out that acting for businesses against ordinary people was not what I wanted to do with a law degree. In early 2024, I was offered a position with an established personal injury firm representing everyday individuals. I quickly realised that was my calling.
Outside the office
Motorcycling through the Gold Coast hinterland. Most weekends you will find me on a badminton court or in a good cafe.
