Acting early helps. Some steps in road and work claims must be done within weeks or months.

Time matters here. Most injury claims must start within three years, and some steps have much shorter deadlines. Do not sit on this.

Straight answer: most injury claims must start within three years, so you may be out of time. There are exceptions, and TPD claims run on different clocks, so it is still worth asking.

Straight answer: for injury claims we only act in Queensland and New South Wales, so we cannot run the injury claim where you live. But if you cannot work the way you used to, you may have a TPD claim through your super, and we do those Australia-wide. Keep going and we will look at that.
